Welcome to Newport Escape Room. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Newport Escape Room website (newportescaperoom.com) and services offered by Newport Escape Room ("we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our website. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian permission to participate in our escape room experiences. Some of our escape rooms may have additional age restrictions due to content or complexity.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All escape room experiences require advance booking. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially for weekends and holidays.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time for check-in and orientation. Late arrivals may result in shortened gameplay time or cancellation without refund if the delay exceeds 15 minutes.

Our escape rooms are designed to be safe for most participants. However, individuals with certain medical conditions (e.g., epilepsy, claustrophobia, heart conditions) should consult with a medical professional before participating.
In case of emergency, our staff will provide instructions. Emergency exits are clearly marked and accessible at all times.
All content on our website and within our escape rooms, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Newport Escape Room and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newport Escape Room shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
